Black&Gold is a team of people committed to ecology and the environment.

I am FABIO BOZZINI, an Italian chef with more than 20 years of experience working in various countries around the world, specifically in the world of haute cuisine. And I’m the one who leads this company.

I believe that in life we ​​never stop learning, but there comes a point where we feel that it is time to put into practice everything we have learned in these years (know how). Black&Gold was born from this experience. From this experience born Black&Gold.

My Story

I grew up in a town in Tuscany, where the taste for good food is fundamental, it is the DNA of the people.
At the age of 19 I started traveling. In addition to Italy, I have lived and worked in Dublin, Sydney, Athene, Paris, Lisbon, Copenhagen and Barcelona in various top gourmet restaurants.

In this last period and given the current pandemic situation, I have decided to start my own project, adding all the ingredients of my life path in the kitchen and customer service.

I believe that I can combine my passion for cooking with my eco-sustainability values, contributing experience, dedication and vocation, to give creativity the time it needs.
